Sentimental Card

This card, which was given to me by my mom’s cousin and her husband on the occasion of my graduation from College, made me cry upon reading it earlier today, June 25, 2006.

Bananaphone

Driving home from work earlier today I had an extra banana in my bag. I was cruising on the Nothern State Parkway and was trying to figure out how I could peel the banana while driving.

Forgetting about eating the banana I instead held the banana up to my ear for the rest of the drive and was talking into it like it was a cell phone. (It is illegal to drive and talk on a cell phone without a hands-free device in New York State .)
